"As an amateur bodybuilder and college student, I understand
how easy it is to make excuses and let stress take over your life. Many
companies promote fitness but few promote a complete lifestyle change. NEW is
one of those few. The concept of "No Excuses Win" isn't something
solely meant to get you into the gym, it's meant to improve your overall life.
It's meant to remind you that we often make excuses for even the smallest of
our daily tasks. When we make excuses we don't unlock our true potential.
Whether you're in school, struggling with relationships, work, starting a
family, or just trying to find yourself, NEW is the movement for you. Don't
satisfy yourself by going through the same old motions, make a change, make you
NEW! " -

Success, to me, means being able to reflect on my happiness—happiness that stems from achieving my goals. Throughout my life, I've always aimed to be the best and strived for greatness. While this ambition can seem like a lot of pressure, I never gave up; I always pushed through.
Becoming an NFL professional cheerleader helped me understand my worth and the respect I needed to have for myself. At times, I doubted whether I deserved the position and made excuses not to try, fearing failure. This experience ultimately blessed me both mentally and physically, teaching me that every dream is attainable. I learned that with belief in myself and dedicated effort, I could achieve anything I set my mental state towards. -

Success to me is achievement through the waves of life that happen once you set a clear goal that you have attained.
Life can happen to anyone at any moment. Some people receive this as things happening that can stop the flow of you reaching your goal. I tend to look at this as life is a series of waves highs and lows. Once you realize this is in fact a part of life, you learn to ride the waves better and to stay flowing towards that goal that was set.
Success is what we make of our potential after we realize that gratitude we have to be able to fulfill that potential. Once filled, a feeling of personal achievement or satisfaction has occurred in my life. I love this mindset and movement of NEW, No Excuses, Win!
My journey from one body state to the next used to feel like a long complicated journey. Once I have achieved success in changing my body multiple times to whatever physique I can imagine for myself and then applying these principles to others has helped me notice a passion I have for self achievement, to myself and others. Total body transformations to me are simply a mindset change with a physical follow through. It has NOT failed for myself or others on the self care journey. -

(Dietitian)
Success to me is being aware of the potential elements
around you and overcoming obstacles that you face in pursuit of your “WHY.”I am a certified dietitian and I have found success in
many of my clients own personal journeys searching for their own happiness to a
better health life. I have achieved my personal success through the study and
focus on the body and how elements enhance, rejuvenate, restore, and give back
balance to a total healthy body. There is so much information that can be
overwhelming when searching for your perfect eating habits and what is most
suitable for your personal health goals. Being able to help professional
athletes to the local school teacher and everyone in between has been more than
self fulfilling and has added to my success story. Getting to the place I am
today has been filled with challenge that I know I can overcome through
perseverance and determination. If you want something it’s up to you to go and
get it! I have found d another home and family with the NEW movement. No
excuses, win! -

Success is always subjective, so to me my success is
achieving the goals that I have set for myself for a certain period of time. I
feel like I have achieved success in my life but I want to make sure that my
journey to success is forever changing. I want to be in the green zone between
hitting milestones and being content with my level of effort.
